Utility Bill For Account Reactivation
Hi,
I am wondering is anyone can help me with an issue i am having with my amazon seller account. They are asking me to supply a business license or utility bill but unfortunately i am unable to do so as my registered office address is a virtual one for privacy reasons. I am emailing every single day to amazon and I keep on getting the same response that i need to submit one of the two issues however i cannot do that and I am not getting the help is needed.
Does anyone have any help as I am at a stand still and this is delaying my seller journey.

the utility bill is for your residential address and the company info required is your UTR if a sole trader or if a Ltd company it’s your info on Company House.
You need to supply both of these as Amazon are legally required to check these.
