Are returns included in the sales report?
When I go to Reports > Business Reports, I see a sales dashboard.
Does this sales dashboard include orders that have been returned, or are orders that were returned removed from this sales number?
From an accounting perspective I am trying to understand if I need to deduct the returns (that I get from the returns report) from the sales in this sales dashboard.
Are returns included in the sales report?

Hello there, my name is CR and wanted to hop in here to see if I could provide you with some information.
The sales shown there are gross sales (not including returns), but then about after a month or so they will net down so this will depend on when you review the report.
Alternatively, you can pull units refunded via Business Reports --> Sales and Traffic and compare that too.
If you have additional questions here, I'd recommend opening up a case with Seller Support who can look into specific requests as needed.
