Referral Fee Category Change
The referral fee category for the products is often changing.
Every time, have to raise a case and wait for the approval. Many times, seller support approves changing to the correct category and asks me to wait for 72 hours.
After 72 hours, when I follow up with them for the change, they are closing the case by saying no changes required.

Can you please share a recent Case ID where your request to Change a product’s category or browse path was first accepted but then rejected? We would like to review the details.

same for us. This has happened several times in the past. it get resolved and then after any other edit, the fee category changes automatically. I dont think they have a permanent fix for it. We have spend our time checking it every often.
