I ask for a refund for services I don't use, they say I am using them ( active listing) no sales nor I have even touch the Mex, Canada since account was created. I ask to refund the services that I am not using they said no,! then I said okay i want to cancel them, Sadly I just noticed I was being charged , because its kinda hidden in Amazons cost .
I guess this is a vent and hopefully on Monday someone from the USA would give me some real customer services.. lol knock on wood thats hard to get these days

When you sign up for selling on the .com site, you are signing up for a Unified North America account.
The total charge for said account (for the pro plan) is $39.99//month. In the old days, this showed up as one charge for $39.99. But for at least a couple of years, they break it down by country, with a charge for Canada, a charge for Mexico, and a charge for the rest (US). Total is $39.99, with variances due to exchange rates. If you have ANY listings or inventory showing on a .ca or .mx account, you'll see the separate charges. But it's not a big deal, because it all comes out to (about) the amount you agreed to pay when you signed up.

As stated by Nisha, Amazon splits the $39.99 monthly fee; you are not being charged extra. You can not delete or cancel Canada or Mexico.
If you do not want Amazon to split the $39.99 monthly subscription fee, you will need to go under your Canada and Mexico Marketplaces and delete all the ASINs from your Manage Inventory page.
Then go under your Account Info → Going on Vacation (edit) and mark Canada and Mexico (and Brazil) as Inactive.

As the others note, 'Amazon services' are all one big bundle of a mess so if you are on one site you are charged for everything.
Think of it as going fishing and your line ends up in a tangled mess. It's still one line and cutting it anyplace cuts it all................

The only way to avoid the $39.99 fee is to downgrade your account to Individual. You will lose some of the perks that come with a Professional account.
