Hello, I am a new seller and just finished getting my account set up. I am FBM and am seeing "See all buying options" instead of the "add to cart" button. Beyond the simple fact of individual account holders not being eligible for buy box (unless using FBA), there's no way for seller to influence buy box. Price matters, but if Amazon has decided you are not going to get the buy box for whatever reason, price won't influence that decision. Usually new account holders won't get a buy box.
You can add that column to your Manage Inventory page to at least know when you are eligible.
