I don't understand why i can't reactivate my account and I can't get Amazon help

Hello everyone, I hope your day is going well. I am trying to repay the balance that is reflected on my seller account, but when I read the instructions on the letter that they sent me back and tried to go to payments and press "repay balance" I did not see the button. I did update my all of the charge methods to an updated card that is valid. I just want to get this payment settled and taken care of so we can get to selling. Our account was handled by someone else in the past and I am taking it over and trying to correct the issue. Any help would be greatly appreciated so we can get to selling as soon as possible again. Thank you.

Typically with situations surrounding repayment, along with updating your card information, you may additionally need to email the appropriate teams. I would reference you to our available repayment options help page which includes our merchant-balance@amazon.com. This will help ensure they are aware of your updated information to attempt repayment. You should also receive a performance notification as an update on their status.

If the charge is unsuccessful the help page linked also includes other repayment options that can be attempted to continue moving forward.
