IM SELLING ON AMAZON FORM PAST 3 YEARS AND YESTERDAY I SAW ALL OF MY LISTINGS'S BUYBOX IS REMOVED,
MY ACCOUNT'S HEALTH IS PERFECT AND EVERYTHING IS ALLL SET TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR BUYBOX AND NO MAPPERS ARE THERE BUT STILL AMAZON HAS REMOVED MY BUYBOX IDK WHY.
I TALKED TO SELLER SUPPORT AND AS USUAL THEY DONOT PROVIDED ME NAY SOLUTION IDK EVEN WHY THEY ARE SPENDING THEIR MONEY FOR SELLER SUPPORTS THEY NEVER HELP THEIR SELLERS.

Same here! I noticed the Buy Box issue on the evening of February 13th. I reached out to support, but they didn’t provide any helpful solutions. My sales have dropped drastically because of this.
My account health is fine with no issues and no mappers, yet the Buy Box is gone, and sales have dropped.
It’s not just me I asked my friends, and they’re facing the same problem. This clearly shows that the issue is on Amazon's end, especially since the Buy Box is disappearing despite good account health.
I didn’t find any issues on my side, but the support team doesn’t seem to understand the problem. It’s really frustrating what’s the point of having a support team if they can’t resolve critical issues like this?

Yes, this happened with me also for last 2 days, upon contact, they replied that have recently launched regional preference for listings which offers faster shipping. They are blatantly asking to enroll in FBA to ensure faster delivery and reach.
They are only showing buy box with prime listings which offer shipping within 4 days.
I have BUY BOX in northern region but not south or west Indian region from where most of the orders came. This is just unreasonable since we have our own brand without any mappers and good track record. We have stopped receiving any order.

The same is faced by me, earlier my buy box was removed because of easy ship pickup miss,they took 14 days to correct the LDR Metrics, now even after that my buy box is still not showing. My case with seller support is pending from 12th feb, and as usual, they have no response and reason why my account is not eligible. Their support literally has nothing to provide me on why buy box is not there. Their support is very in efficient and completely opposite to their customer support.
My account status is all healthy with one pre-fulfilment cancellation rate being affected for one cancelled order.
