Cannot access GTIN Exemption page
Hello,
I am a Professional Seller and I have paid for the Professional plan.
I am trying to list Print-on-Demand mugs using Printify, and I need to apply for a GTIN exemption.
However, I cannot access the GTIN exemption page (https://sellercentral.amazon.com/gtinx), and I receive a “Not Found” or “Technical error” message.
Please help me enable GTIN exemption access for my account. Thank you very much!

You will need to reach out to seller support directly so that they can troubleshoot the tech error on their end. You are welcome to share the case ID with me here once you have it so that I can escalate it if that is needed.
