Market facilitator order? My marketplace is US and an item was sent to France
I got an FBA order and says market facilitator order. Client is from France. My market place is US .Why is this? How can I fix this ?

Thank you for reaching out about this! Quick question - do you have the individual selling plan or the professional selling plan?
Please note the following:
If you are on the professional plan, you will need to examine every shipping template to make sure you did not allow international orders.
If you are on the individual plan, you must examine every SKU to make sure you did not allow international orders.

I'm curious as to why this is an issue for you. Are there some sort of restrictions on where you can sell your product? (either legal, or contractual with the rights-holder)?
If not, why not let Amazon sell it internationally; as it's FBA, they handle all the difficult part, and you still get paid the same amount.
