Refreshing Images

We have been having numerous issues with images on our listings not reflecting properly. We have uploaded sets of new images to provide better infographics for customers. However, sometimes they are not published and any time we open up a ticket with Support, they tell us the current images are better and they will not accept our contributions (even when the current images are horrible).

Is there any way to force the system to refresh the images we have uploaded? Seller Support has been no help on this matter and we are looking for other ways to get this done

I would also LOVE to know how to get changed images to stick! Have been trying for a couple of years.

I wanted to stop by and let you know that I am escalating CASE ID 16332459541 to one of our internal teams to review.

Even though this case is being escalated, I cannot guarantee any images being changed on the ASIN based on the note written in the 'Images not appearing on the Detail page' help pages that mentions the following:

"Uploading an image doesn't guarantee that it will be displayed. When images are received from multiple sellers, Amazon will select the images that meet the style guides and standards, providing the best experience for customers. It means that we may select images that are different from those provided by Brand Owners."

I will get back to you as soon as I hear back from the partner team. Until then, have a good weekend.

If you are the only Seller of the item, You can delete the listing and Create new with same ASIN and SKU of previous one
