I cannot change the Bank Account Holder Name to have it refelect the bank account. The ones on my account are not the correct ones and I cannot edit/change them to reflect the correct bank account.

Are you not the primary user of the account? You will need to contact the person who has administrator access and see if they will give you such permissions.

You will want to utilize this help page if you are having difficulties in updating this information. That page includes the appropriate steps to do so.

Please also make sure you have a bank account assigned to the marketplaces after adding it.
