It has come to our notice that Amazon is not giving STEP benefits even though we are in advance for the last two quarters. No benefits are provided in shipping or refund fees but Amazon is thumping their chest by marketing them. Firstly amazon start charging exorbitant amounts in the name of refund fees then increased it further later and then hand over a lollipop of benefits under the STEP program which was also not provided in the end to the sellers. It is amazing how Amazon has introduced policies that are just harassing and killing small sellers’ businesses.
