return of funds from the account after blocking the account
hello, I recently had an interview with an Amazon employee to return my funds after blocking my account, after which I sent them some documents that they asked for after the interview, then a week later, that is today I received a message about how I need to deactivate my account, they sent instructions with a link in the account health, there I have to provide a some documents, and I can’t understand why they sent a link to deactivate the account when in an interview I only asked for a refund, tell me who has encountered a situation like mine, can you help please

I see that you received an email notification asking you to deactivate your account, and this is creating confusion for you.
The most likely reason you received this notification is because you probably used the “reactivate account” button in seller central. This automatically creates a case and it is assumed that you are trying to reactivate your account.
The course of action to request the release of funds is through the email that I understand you have already done this process.
