Fraud Alert: Big Faction Consultancy Took Money, Provided No Service
I found Big Faction Consultancy through the Amazon Seller Provider Network. I purchased two services from them, paying ₹15,000 and ₹11,000 respectively. However, it has been around four months, and they have not delivered any of the promised services.
For the past month, I have been constantly requesting a refund, but they are not responding to my messages and have stopped answering my calls.
I strongly urge everyone to avoid taking any services from Big Faction Consultancy. In the beginning, they speak very professionally and promise quick results. But after 2–3 months, you’ll realize they haven't even started working on your task. Eventually, they might say they will initiate a refund, but then completely stop responding.
This has been a frustrating and disappointing experience, and I hope others don’t fall into the same trap.
