Brand Approval for products that are not listed
Do we need brand approval for items that are not listed on Amazon?
I want to sell a few items where the brand is registered on Amazon, but the products I want to sell are not listed on Amazon.
Can I still sell them without brand approval?
Theoretically it should be fine I think, but just wanted to make sure.
Also will my product be delisted?

Do you have invoices, not receipts? Do you have a Letter of Authorization from the brand saying you can sell those products on amazon? Are you willing to lose the inventory, money and possible your account for listing them without those things?

Hello @Seller_YXcBwO8GEqdSP,
Michelle at Amazon here. I understand that you want to list items on Amazon that are not on Amazon, but are in brand registry. When you add the items, they may become restricted. If you are selling a brand not owned by you, to protect yourself from the listing being removed and possible suspension, you should be sourcing from authorized distributors and getting a letter of authorization from the brand with approval to sell their items on the site. If you cannot prove your items are authentic, then Amazon will not release them if they are in FBA and your items will be destroyed. You can learn more here.
I hope this information is helpful and wish you the best!
Regards,
Michelle
