My easy ship order is not picked up for the 3rd consecutive day and i have already lost 2 orders due to this and another order is on the verge of cancellation. i have been contacting the seller support from the past 3 days and all of them are giving an generic answer of fill the missed pickup form.
1. Who is responsible for the orders lost?
2. Who is responsible for the money spent on advertisement to bring those orders?
3. Who is responsible for the negative reviews that my product is going to receive?
4. Is amazon going to refund me advertisement money spent and cancelled orders compensation?
