A shipment costs US$5000+ lost in Amazon , opened case for reimbursement for 5 months without reply
We have a shipment lost after it has been signed up by Amazon FBA. It costs more than $5000 , we have provided POD , invoice but Amazon never reply to the case and it has been 5 months already.

No one is going to follow up from Amazon and just let the sellers losing the money without any reason ?

This exact situation has happened to many sellers including me currently. Going on 6 months of fighting for a reimbursement. It is as if you are above a certain amount in inventory they just ignore you so they don't have to pay you. Disappointing that they treat sellers like this when we are why they make so much money.
