Help!!!!!! Brand Has Been Removed-Issue Registering Brand abuse
Hello from Amazon seller.
I am having an incredibly frustrating time working with brand registry.
We have a brand which was successfully registered on Amazon brand registry on 2022/07/10 and the case id is 10334625631.
However, on 2023/08/24, we received notice of email as follows:
We are writing to inform you that your brand fieemoo has been removed from Amazon Brand Registry.
Why did this happen?
This decision was made due to one or more of the following reasons: a) one or more users on the brand are engaging in conduct that violates Brand Registry’s policies, such as, but not limited to, invalid notice submissions through our notice submission channels or tampering with the catalog; b) one or more users on the brand are related to other Amazon accounts or brands that have violated Amazon or Brand Registry’s policies; c) inability to provide sufficient evidence of branding on products/packaging; d) one or more users on the brand have a selling account that is de-activated; or e) your trademark application appears to be filed by a filing firm that may be violating US federal regulations and USPTO rules (explained below).
Then we made the brand appeal, and in case ID 13639525051 on 2023/08/24, Amazon replied that our brand had been abuse as below information:
We are writing to inform you that your appeal request Case ID: 13639525051 for Brand fieemoo for BR Enrollment Application has been declined.
Why is this happening?
As a part of the appeal process, a detailed investigation was conducted based on the (i) information available in our internal systems, and (ii) information and documents provided by you. After carefully reviewing the information and documents, we have concluded that the AEG008ASTKUNW has engaged in abusive conduct as per our policy.
Will there be a change in the decision now or anytime in the future?
Our decision is final at this point in time. Any new appeal request may be declined by the Brand Registry Team. However, if at any point in the future our system identifies that your account is no longer abusive, then we will establish communication with you to resume the enrollment application process/add the user to the brand.
According to the reply of case id 13639525051 , At present, We are unable to contact the brand team to appeal, and do not know the reason for the brand abuse. Frustratingly, the brand registrar didn't give me a reason for the rejection, let me know what additional documents, or tell me how long this kind of processing cycle takes, and how to get rid of it. Even the official brand team could not be contacted, and there has been no response to the case and a satisfactory solution.
We have been committed to making good products and brands. Now the brand has been removed, which have a very bad impact for our company.
Any one could provide help would be greatly appreciated.

My name is Sandy from the Community Manager team. I understand this is not what you want to hear, but the decision made from Brand Registry to remove a brand is made by the brand team and we cannot overturn this decision.
In addition, to ensure our processes remain secure, we unfortunately cannot disclose any details related to abuse prevention and this is why we or the Brand team cannot disclose any information.
I understand you also appealed and Brand Registry has mentioned the decision is final at this time. As mentioned in the message, please wait until the brand teams establishes communication with you to resume the enrollment application process.
