You must have the professional account

If you have the professional account, this should take you to the page for Shipping Settings / Shipping Templates:

https://sellercentral.amazon.com/sbr?ref=myi_shiptemplate_sbr#851dff6c-6678-4be7-9141-03f9bf6041fc

When I offer free shipping I prefer to do it through the Standard Shipping (zero per item and zero per order). I do not use the "Free Economy" choice. The parameters of Free Economy are more controlled by Amazon.

Hi there @Seller_GfgGQXRNhY8M7,

Thanks for your question. The answer provided by @Seller_Hi7wbO2Kbo6bl is correct that free shipping and shipping templates can only be used by professional sellers.

Changing to Fulfillment by Amazon will offer free shipping to Amazon Prime Customers but has some complex logistical changes that you should take into account before taking the plunge. You can learn more about the expectations for FBA on the Get Started with Fulfilment By Amazon help page.

Thank you for your understanding and feel free to reach out if you have further questions.
