i appreciate for the thread. We are having good values in our business.
1)Transperency and being honest
2)Reasonable selling price.
But as a sellers, we are also curious to know that the top 3 ways are followed by amazon to penalize the sellers(Stealing the money from sellers) in the name of refund and refund commission policy
1)Refund commission Charged for wrong product returned. Who is the culprit?.EIther the fake buyer or ATS or Third Courier partner. But the punishment to the seller.
2)Refund commission charged for Return order not showing in return orders and the product is not received by the sellers.
3)Refund commission Charged for Lost in Transit and the product is not received by the sellers.
Let's learn from Amazon top managment how to create a loophole policy supporting scammers and build a stronger platform for doing scamming!

Its Quality of the products. In june and july , a deliberate attempt was made to harm our brand on Amazon. 3-4 people ordered and then returned, negative review etc. One person ordered our different products five times and returned all.
But because of quality, we keep getting repeated orders from same genuine buyers.
