NO RESPONSE TWO-STEP Verification account recovery

Hello, I have a problem with the two step verification recovery department.

I sent my ID, they verified with positive result. And they reply me saying that they had disabled the two step verification and that I could proceed with the log in.

Instead it was not like that, the two step verification had not been disabled.

I tried to reply to the email from the recovery department, but I have not received any response yet.

@CR_Amazon can you help me please?

I had the same thing happen and 2-step verification is still enabled and kicks me out for an additional log-in. I'm assuming you actually cannot remove 2-step as going into the account settings in the upper right corner says you can removed 2-step and you cannot. When going through account settings route the website was flashing pages so fast it was hard to let me go log-in.

If you find a way to disable it let me know.

I wonder... How is it possible that with all the billions of dollars that Amazon earns, it can't solve these stupid problems.

Which however mean everything to us poor users.

post.how did you get this resolved? I can't even receive the code to get passed the two step. Every link they send sends me to the two step process. Amazon doesn't understand I'm JUST NOT GETTING THE CODE ANYMORE. JUST DISBALW THE DUMB TWO STEP

post.i haven't lost my phone. It's the same number the same email nothing has changed. I can't receive the code. They aren't texting me or calling me to get the code to enter.
