Two of our ASIN's have had the brand hijacked by Soikoi. My complaint was denied and stated I do not have authorization to sell this brand. Of course I don't! This product has nothing to do with the Soikoi brand. You can see clearly on the product that our name (Rieker Inc.) is what is listed on the product. We have been in business for over 100 years and manufacture our products ourselves.

Can someone with Amazon please help? I keep getting directed to brand registry which is all automated and cannot get in touch with a customer service rep that can help.
