I hope you are having a great day. First of all, I would like to express my appreciation for the excellent platform Amazon provides for sellers. The tools, customer reach, and support system are truly impressive, and I look forward to utilizing them in the future.

I am writing to request a refund for the $44.39 subscription fee charged on February 18, 2025 for my Amazon Seller account. While I initially signed up for the Professional Seller Plan, I have not been able to list or sell any products yet due to certain challenges, including product availability and market readiness.

Charge Amount: $44.39

Charge Date: February 18, 2025

You are also eligible for a one-time refund of subscription fee that will be charged to your account soon after the completion of registration process. You are only eligible for that one-off refund if you have not used any professional tools or benefits within 90 days.

Once you have finished setting up your account, downgrade your account to the Individual selling plan by following the steps outlined on this help page.

After completing this step, contact Seller Support again by following this link requesting reimbursement of the Professional selling fee of $39.99.
