Multiple sellers sell the same product through a single detail page
Amazon listed my product with another seller through a single detail page and combined some features such as the images and title of the product.
The images, title and some other settings of my product, which I have been using for a long time, have been changed even though I have not made any changes. When I try to restore these settings from the product edit page, I see that there is no change in the listing.
Moreover, a customer gave my product a low-star review, even though they didn't buy it from my store. When I tried to reach the reviewer from the customer reviews page, I saw a problem like the photo I attached below and I saw that he did not buy the product from Amazon. I do not sell this product on any platform other than Amazon. I do not understand how this can happen.
My product, which has been sold with the FBA method for about 4 months without any problems, is now not being sold at all due to these situations, so I am victimized.
I request that my product list be published with my uploaded images and title as it used to be. And I request that the comment on my product be corrected, as it does not belong to my store. These problems occur when I am merged with another seller on a single detail page. So my request is to be listed as a single seller.

Is your product your own brand and if so, are you in Brand Registry? If your answer is yes, then you have a right to get the other seller off the page. However, if your answer is no, then things are working as they're designed.
This isn't like that auction website. The Amazon website is designed to work as a catalog and Product Detail Pages don't belong to sellers, but to Amazon. Any seller can list on a PDP, along with other sellers, as long as all the product details match exactly. In fact, to create separate detail pages for matching products is against policy.
If the PDP is in the process of being hijacked and is being changed to an entirely different product, that's a whole other situation. Is this the case?
You can read the PDP rules at this link:
This link will explain how Amazon chooses what information to display:
How we choose information for the detail page
You can also suggest changes for the PDP at that same link, if you feel your contributions will improve the page, although getting Amazon to actually change the page is unlikely to happen.
If you have proof the other seller is selling counterfeit product, you can report them here.
As for the product review, removal is also unlikely to happen, unless it violates the product review policy. Even then, reviews are almost never removed.
Buyers can leave product reviews or ratings even if they didn't actually purchase the product on Amazon.

Hey @Seller_032jlgRnACrpQ, the other seller on the thread is correct here - how you can proceed here depends on whether you are the trademarked brand owner and whether you are enrolled in Brand Registry. You can read more about Brand Registry here!
