FBM Survey from Amazon
I had a survey from Amazon about selling via FBM.
Questions like - How they can make the process easier? Did I use Amazon shipping? etc
I wasn't very complimentary in my responses - I asked for Holiday settings that can be set up in advance, Cancelling of pending orders, and a few other things.
It was the last question though that got me -
How can we best reach you for updates on FBM features and policies? Please select your top 3 communication channels

- Help pages on seller central
- Seller central alerts
- Amazon account managers
- Seller forums on seller central
- Seller news on seller central
- Social media (please specify)
- App (please specify)
- Other
For a start it only allowed the selection of 1 of the above not the 3 I was supposed to select
I wouldn't want further emails from Amazon - I ignore a lot of those I get already as there too many
Never heard of Amazon account managers - never spoken to one - are these only allocated to the big sellers?
Not sure what App meant - the Amazon Seller App is the only one I know of (so why do I need specify?)
The only reliable source of information is the forums - but that is a seller communication channel not one from Amazon
