What is non subscription fee adjustment?

Amazon has charged me a non-subscription adjustment fee of $1940, and I am not aware of what it is for. Does anyone know what it is?

I constantly have the same 'non-subscription fee, roughly monthly, but not consistent and never the same amount!

I wish someone could jump onto this with clarity.

Hello @Seller_CNralge6vJtVo,

Thank you for your post. You should be able to view this transaction in your payments page on seller central. However, non subscription fee adjustments are typically a catch all for items such as error adjustments, mistakes, etc. This is either a reimbursement to you, or a charge back to Amazon for not charging you the correct fees. If you are not able to see what the exact items are that have been adjusted, please open a Seller Support case and post the case ID number here in this thread so that I can take look and get the payments team to issue you a statement.

Cheers,

Micah
