Undeliverable Address
Hello Can someone from amazon please help me . A customer order a product order was shipped 2 weeks after order was shipped i saw it return as undeliverable Address . I went a head and did a refund as i have discontinue using CSBA ;However, the refund was initiated and the total amount was taken from my account . Only to see this morning i got an email stating another refund was taken from my account for the same product by CSBA and given to the customer so this customer was paid twice how is that possible when i opt out of CSBA. This is getting really crazy . AM sick and tired of sick and tired of what is going on . i file a safe T Claim was told am not eligible for the claim as i refunded customer . Can someone tell me how to retrieve my money as this was paid 2 times order # 112-9260193-1126650 Thanks.

While it may appear at a point in time that it was refunded twice, Amazon will balance out the transaction. We will not allow a double refund. I will review your account to ensure the order was refunded only once.
