Hello @Seller_78pY

Thank you for registering with Amazon Brand Registry!

After enrolling your brand, you must register products to your brand by providing the following product information on your product listing. *Note: This also applies for existing listings that are already in your catalog.

Products are not automatically linked to Brand Registry once your application is approved.

If they need to register multiple products to your brand, I suggest using an inventory file. A Full Update is recommended to ensure the products are registered to their brand.

If you run into any issues, please contact Brand Registry support. I hope this helps!

best,

Sandy

We would say the listings are not instantly linked to the new brand in Amazon Brand Registry.

When your brand gets into brand registry, a bot will index your listings to find the listings with the matching brand name. The bot will then connect those listings to your brand.

Note: the spelling and punctuation of the brand on the listing must match how the brand is in Amazon Brand Registry. The following examples are not equal:

  • Brand A
  • BRAND A
  • brand A
  • BrandA

It takes up to 7 days for the bot to see the brand listings and connect them with the brand. If listings are not connecting, then use

an inventory file. A Full Update is recommended to ensure the products are registered to their brand.

@Sandy_Amazon can you provide the link where the OP can view a list of the listings that have been linked into a brand so the OP can compare what has made it in and what has not made the connection?
