Urgent Escalation – Ongoing Delay in Bank Account Update & Poor Support Experience

I am writing to express our deep frustration regarding the ongoing issue with updating our bank account details. It has now been over a month, and we are still unable to update the information and withdraw funds from our account.

Despite numerous communications, the Seller Support team has repeatedly responded with generic FAQ templates, without addressing the root cause of the problem. This lack of proper action has severely impacted our operations and cash flow.

Updating bank details should not be a complex process—it certainly isn't rocket science. Unfortunately, it appears that the support staff handling our case are either inadequately trained or not equipped to deal with real seller issues. It is highly unprofessional to offer remote support without ensuring the team is trained to assist sellers properly.

We did not expect this level of poor service from a company with Amazon’s reputation.
