Amazon has unfairly charged me and refunded to a customer who stole my product

The issue began when customer places an order for Gaming PC and I delivered it via self ship. I have video of all the components and delivery received proof, within a day he filed a return citing product doesn't work. After about 7 days the system returned back to me and when I opened it I found the graphics card, power supply unit and SSD taken by the customer and the remaining sent. I use Delhivery as my courier partner and never had any problem with them wrt items missing and they are very professional. Even before receiving the product the customer filed a AtoZ claim because he knows the system and wants to cheat the seller. After submission of all the evidence and photos, the customer has falsely claimed that he has not received the components whereas in the undertaking on the courier he has signed and declared that all the components are present. He is lying and blatantly wants the product for free. Now Amazon has not even considered the evidence I have submitted and without giving a chance to appeal they directly issued refund to the customer and making my account balance negative. Spoke multiple times to seller support executives but they have no control over anything and keep reading from guidelines. Iam willing to press charges against the customer because this is clearly not the way business is done. I would like someone from the upper hierarchy in the organisation to intervene and resolve the issue since this is clearly a case of cheating by the customer and I cannot sell the remaining components because we sell only new PCs. I would also want to Appeal to Jeff Bezos that if this is the way sellers are treated unfairly no one in the industry would want to do business with Amazon as a seller. Please remember that being a customer centric company doesn't mean you ruin a sellers business.

Amazon is not wrong here,these loopholes are there in online business.it doesnt work like shop so principle is to sell product between 500-3000 and always through fba

This is totally unfair and unjust. I understand Amazons loyalty towards its customers but when cheats and scammers start taking unfair advantage of the system strict actions should be taken. Graphics Card, Power Supply and SSD's are expensive components the seller is at loss and above that been harassed in such manner. Automatic Authorization of return and AtoZ Claim is a joke and Amazon should rethink this approach for markets like Amazon India.
