Seeking Assistance Against Malicious Copyright Infringement Claim(Complaint ID 14987933261)

Dear Amazon Community and Managers,

@Yokie_Amazon @Antonio_Amazon @Danika_Amazon @CR_Amazon @Bryce_Amazon @Sandy_Amazon @Micah_Amazon @Yvett_Amzn @Jadore_Amazon @Michelle_Amazon @Cooper_Amazon

I am reaching out to seek assistance and guidance regarding a copyright infringement claim that has been maliciously filed against our product (ASIN: B0CJKV7NC9 and B0CJLFXW6Z - "Anchored in Christ Challenge Coin A Symbol of Faith and Strength Christian Pocket Hug Token. Despite our product being distinctly different in design and message, we find ourselves in a challenging position due to this unfounded complaint.

Key Points Highlighting Our Product's Distinctiveness:

Unique Biblical Scriptures: Our challenge coins feature unique scriptures on both sides, distinct from any scriptures used by the complaining party. This not only differentiates our product but also underscores the unique spiritual message we aim to convey.

Diverse Christian Themes: Besides "Anchored in Christ," our product line includes themes like "ROOTED IN CHRIST" and "GROWING IN CHRIST," showcasing our commitment to providing a variety of faith-based products.

Original Artistic Expression: The concept of being "Anchored in Christ" and the use of anchor imagery are not proprietary to any single party. Our designs, including the positioning and depiction of these themes, are original and do not replicate any existing product.

The malicious claim has not only put our product at risk but also affects our brand's reputation and the diversity of options available to the Amazon customer base interested in Christian-themed items. We respectfully request the intervention of an Amazon manager to review this case, considering the substantial evidence we have provided that our product does not infringe on any copyrights and is the result of our own creative process.

We believe in fair competition and the value of offering customers diverse options that resonate with their faith. It is disheartening to see such disputes being used to undermine honest efforts to contribute positively to the community.

Thank you for your attention to this matter. We look forward to a resolution that upholds the principles of fairness and integrity.

Best regards,

"We believe in fair competition and the value of offering customers diverse options that resonate with their faith. "

What you believe and what an Amazon bot decides when a complaint is made, are two different things, not related to each other.

Here's our story from a few years ago. We own retail stores and have many accounts with manufacturers and most of our accounts have a company Rep that handles our account. Well, when talking to our Reps, they knew nothing of the claim or the person who's name was on the Amazon email. So we looked deeper into the name Amazon supplied as the contact person. In both cases, this is again what we found.

Looking up each name and business on line, we found a one page add for their "so called" law firm. Their specialty is resolving infringement claims at Amazon. So, we contacted them. For $1000 sent by money order or Western Union, they will provide what Amazon needs, and for an additional $500 they will fix everything with the manufacturer.

When I asked if they needed my company account number and company Reps

name, they said no, they have it on file. So I asked them to tell it to me, After all it was right in front of them and they said they would AFTER I paid the Correction fees. They asked what item this was in reference to, and I gave them a WRONG ASIN number, and they had it right there. It is a scan for sure. Then I said my company Rep looked into this situation and said it was falsely made, you said you have his name, right? He hung up the phone.

Now, things get worse. I send all my documentation to Amazon for the product involved. and Amazon responds, that is not good enough, the retraction has to come from the Law Firm who made the claim, Which, of course, is the ACTUAL SCAMMER.

As I've said for the past year, infringement claims are out of control on Amazon.

In your case, most likely there will be no winning. Just sell the product on eBay and you will have no problem.

Thank you for the information regarding what you have been attempting to address. I understand that you do not believe your product is infringing. If you are sure that there is no infringement occurring, we would encourage you to submit a DMCA counter-notice as this will be the correct way to dispute a violation.

Once submitted, the copyright owner will have 10 days to take additional action. If they do not, then our team will reinstate the listing. Please be aware that our team may not be able to take additional action without you taking this step. Have you attempted this as of yet? If so, when did you submit the information?

If you have any other details or updates to share regarding this situation, continue to refer to this thread for support.
