cann't beleive! seems no chat or email support are helping with missing Best Deal issue
Our Asins meet all criteria for eligibility, and we ranked as one of the top sellers, rating 4.6 and 100% positive seller feedback.
We have not gotten any Best Deal offers for any of these asins in the US, only in Canada. Seller support gives the same generic answer that the asin must meet the eligibility criteria again and again (those stardard copy and paste answer). Very frustrated that they don't get to really understand the problem and really to help seller to check this system issue.

What is this and where does a customer see that? Or do you mean the "Buy Box"?

Hey there @Seller_8VqmLiYPOLQ1c- and thanks for asking this question on the seller forums!
I wanted to make sure you had this page on Amazon Deals handy, as it details the eligibility criteria, but also states:
"Note: Because of other criteria that Amazon is unable to disclose, it is possible that certain ASINs may not receive a recommendation although they meet the criteria listed above. Amazon Deals is an invite-only program. If you do not have an active ASIN recommendation for deals, you may use other promotion-types like Price Discounts or Coupons."
So, while all the eligibility criteria might be met, you still may not receive Deal recommendations at a given time. I can recommend continuing to check back to see if this changes in the future, or else looking into other types of promotions in the short term.
