Brand Registry request status shows Answered but Brand Application page shows pending review?
I submitted my request for brand registry, I noticed that the related case status changed to "Answered case", but the status of my brand registry application still reads "Pending Review". I did receive a email with a resolution for the case number but no information was contained it was simply a did i solve your problem (Yes or No) . I would like to know what is the status of my application. Case ID 10817142442

post.just an update to this I had a rejection email 3 hours after this post. Its just a generic your documentation images were not acceptable. I really do need a specific reason why. The documentation was from the manufacture and the Image was from the production showing the logo. I can't contest this because its rejected again I need a specific reason why. I can repeat the process but if its the same result how do I move forward with this as its impossible to contact the brand registry team unless you have a registered brand?
