shipment rejected
We created a shipment which has been splitted to 4 destinations. 3 out of 4 reached the Warehouses, the fourth one got rejected by tforce? ( seems like they bought UPS freight a couple of years ago ) and now they want us to pay 1400$ to tget products back.
we created the shipment inside Seller Central with UPS and standard FBA labels, this never happened before, Amazon ist not helping before next week, tforce wants to sell the goods if we don't pay. Did anyoone had a similar problem ?

Greetings @Seller_727mqLU4wpfEw,
Thank you for posting, I can understand the frustration this has caused. I will be happy to help in any way that I can!
Was the shipment rejected by TForce after it had already been picked up? Additionally, what is the investigation date listed under the Contents tab of your FBA Shipment?

Good morning
My recommendation would be to wait for the 18th to request the investigation into this shipment (though that date may change, depending on the volume at FC). Once the investigation is complete, reply to me here if the issue is unresolved and I will look to escalate internally. Thanks for your patience throughout all of this!

Hey Enrico,
Apologies for the delayed response as I worked through my notifications.
This would be my advice, yes. You mentioned the 19th was the date to request an investigation, are you able to do that now?
