Ship to Amazon Japan directly from China
We are having problems finding a method to directly ship from our manufacturing facility in China to Amazon Japan. In the past, we have shipped everything to our warehouse in the USA and then ship to Amazon Japan. This seems crazy and there has to be a way to do this directly

There are numerous sellers in China who are successfully selling on Amazon Japan. This is made possible through a variety of 3rd party that specialize in shipping goods from China to Japan. Maybe you just need to find the right 3rd party.
