I had received same issue, let me tell you hw I solved this:
1. I contacted my supplier about this. He sent me authorized dealer certificate of his issued by the company itself,
2. I uploaded the same as well as the invoice of the same with product photos open and packed to make sure the product is included .
3. it took 4 days to get this rectification done, and the claim was withdrawn as we had all the necessary documents for the same.

Hi,
I had experienced the same issue 5 yrs ago. My daily selling of Rs. 3-5 Lakh came down to NIL per day.
I sent 5 Legal notices to AMazon, Brand and other seller who had bought our item as fake customer, tempered it and file a copyright /duplicate item case.
Sadly, amazon won't help you if you are a small seller. I spend Rs. 4 Lakh on notices and after 1.5 yrs amazon unblocked my ASIN but till then, that item was OLD and was of no use. Competitor had already captured buybox.
So only one advise to you: Never ever trust on amazon. Create your own website and operate business.
