This is reagrding my brand, which I have owned and maintained for the past four years. I registered the trademark for my brand, four years ago and have had it successfully enrolled in Amazon's Brand Registry for the same duration.
A few months ago, I became aware that another party attempted to trademark my brand. This application was pending for some time and was eventually rejected by the trademark authorities. However, during this period, the individual managed to register my brand on Amazon under a different class number.
Recently, Amazon removed my brand and rejected my attempts to appeal, citing that I have violated Brand Registry's policies. Additionally, when I try to re-enroll my brand, I receive a message stating, "Application for brand is currently under review."
I have all the necessary proof showing that I am the legitimate owner of this brand and its trademark. This includes my original trademark registration documents, evidence of continuous use of the brand, and the rejection notice of the other party's trademark application.
Given the urgency of this matter, I kindly request your immediate assistance in reinstating my brand in the Amazon Brand Registry and resolving this issue promptly.

Thanks for reaching out to the Forums.
Trying to re-enroll the brand won't work in this case, if one request is rejected any attempt to re-do it would have the same decision. The correct action to be done here is to manage to get the acceptance for the original brand application.
When you tried appealing, have you sent the supporting documents you mentioned in your post?
