can I have 5 blue markers and 5 red markers inside the same box open and mixed with the amazon bar code on them.

You could try it but remember you will be at the mercy of that new employee who opens the box and is so confused, everything gets assigned one product.

Pack everything in one box
If all the SKUs in the pack group will fit into one box, follow these steps:
- Select Everything will fit into one box and click Confirm.
- Enter the Box weight, which is the total weight of a packed shipping box, including dunnage.
- Enter the Box dimensions, which is the outside dimensions of the shipping box.
- Click Confirm packing information.
