Old, torn & used products in return parcel
Dear Concern,
It is very much disappointing and a loss to our business when we receive old and used products from customers end and also they provide negative rating only to get the product exchanged. As they are Customers so we even cannot complain, or write something to them.
Why Amazon return pick up executive picked up the used & old products from customers end ?
Why at the time of pick up they don’t see what customers are giving? Why don’t they check the product, No seller will provide used and old products in their orders.
And also Amazon claim amount is too less to make up the loss.
Please do take necessary steps for those customers, who are doing this.

Not just that, we have at several occasions received newspaper stuffed in the return parcel

We got marble pieces inside the product enclosure, have received defective Chinese brands sold on Amazon etc etc.
No one checks these returns. We have couriers that check returns when taking back from the customer. They do it well. We haven’t received any other items from courier return pickups which we do on our own.

Right. our one customer is frequently buying same product and sending different brand products in return parcel. We raised case for this for two times but amazon says you have to file safe t claims for that. Can’t they verify product which same customer is giving in return comparing with product listing?

Not Only Customer… i observed that the pickup boy replaced the product after picking up the return product. there are 80% chance in this case that.
