It seems like you're dealing with a malicious competitor who is intentionally placing orders on your products to disrupt your inventory and potentially harm your Amazon account. This type of behavior is not only unethical but also violates Amazon's policies. Here are some steps you can take to address this issue:
1. Report the issue to Amazon: Continue reporting each suspicious order to Amazon Seller Support. Provide them with all relevant information, including the competitor's email and any evidence you have of their malicious actions. Amazon takes these types of violations seriously and may investigate and take action against the competitor's account.
2. Enable order notifications: Make sure you have enabled order notifications in your Amazon Seller Dashboard. This will help you stay informed about any new orders and enable you to identify suspicious patterns or repeated purchases from the same buyer.
3. Maintain documentation: Keep a record of all suspicious orders, including screenshots of the emails and any other relevant evidence. This documentation will be useful in your communication with Amazon and can help support your case if further action is required.
4. Monitor your inventory closely: Regularly check your inventory levels to ensure that you are aware of any unusual spikes in sales or depletion of inventory caused by these malicious orders. If necessary, consider setting purchase limits or adjusting your inventory management strategies to protect against such disruptions.
5. Stay in communication with Amazon: Reach out to Amazon Seller Support to explain the situation and provide updates on the ongoing issue. Ask for their guidance on how to handle these repeated fraudulent orders and ensure that they are aware of the competitor's email and tactics.
Remember to always maintain professionalism and integrity in your interactions with Amazon and other sellers. Provide accurate and truthful information to support your case, and allow Amazon to investigate and take appropriate action.

Hi @Seller_k9toQVV20UZOyand thanks for reaching out to the Seller Forums. I'm Danika from the Community Manager team. I can understand how this issue must be frustrating.
You've received some excellent advice here from @Seller_3yl9hJZbZfm4z(thanks so much for sharing it). I'd add to that list--reach out to the community on the Seller Forums so a Community Manager can help troubleshoot your case. This makes me extra glad you reached out. :)
Do you have a case number (or several) you could share? This will enable me to manage the case internally.
Thanks in advance,
- Danika
