Delayed shipment - customer requested refund before product arrived

The sold product has just arrived today with confirmation from tracking but it was delayed for quite some time. Expected delivery was 12/21/24 but was confirmed delivered today 1/2/25.

I understand if the customer does not want the product anymore, but they just received it today. How am I going to dispute the refund as its already been SAFE T auto denied for "outbound shipping expenses not covered" If the customer wants to keep the product, how do I get the refund reverted?

Hello @Seller_hhFd9H2G0ikvi- when the seller initially indicated they no longer wanted the item, were you able to request the shipment be returned to sender?

I can confirm that the SAFE-T Claim pathway is the best next step for requesting reimbursement in cases where Amazon has issued a refund.

Best regards,

Danny
