Order Cancellation Fees charged incorrectly

Hi,

I am new seller on amazon. For almost more than 1.5 mths I have not received any order. I dint get any support from Amazon Seller Central on the order advertisement/Listing /Processing my order. I received my first order after 2 mths and also I was not notified by any mode of communication (Email/SMS) that Order has been placed. How will I know that order was received suddenly…? Now they have charged a penalty for the same… While opening account they told me they will help me one the first order is received as to how to process the order but there was no help no call no notification received…Why whould we bear with the cancellation fees…? Can anyone help on the same…??

I have raised many tickets for the reversal of the fees but they are giving me same answer that it can be reimbused…?Plz somebody help
