If you were trying to place an order, it will not have been processed at this time."
This issue occurs repeatedly for my listings, but not for my competitors’ products, which remain available for purchase without any such error.
This is extremely alarming as I am spending approximately ₹1500/- per day on Amazon advertising, expecting that my products will be properly shown and available to customers. If the product is not accessible or cannot be purchased due to a system error, this means I am paying for visibility that does not convert into sales—not because of my product or pricing, but due to a technical fault on Amazon’s end.
I consider this a very serious issue bordering on fraudulent practices, as money is being charged for ads, but the product is not accessible to buyers.
I request:
Immediate investigation and resolution of this issue.
Compensation/refund for the ad spend incurred during the period where the error prevented customers from purchasing.
A detailed explanation of why this issue occurred and how Amazon plans to prevent such issues in the future.
