COD Option to be cancelled under easyship

Dear Sir/Madam,

Please cancel COD option under easyship. It is observed that Buyers are placing fake/dummy orders and cancel order. Buyer is paying shipping charges,packing charges for such orders. It is requested for such orders please charge back to Buyers so that there shall be carful purchasing from such Buyers.

Please help to small buyers.

Yes i agree to pls put some minimum shipping charges like Rs 50 to all those who placing the order in COD that will be helpful for seller side.

In the meantime, have you considered using the Report Abuse tool for buyers who repeatedly place and cancel orders? This can help document patterns of concerning behavior.
