Hello @Seller_IAibVGW4S3af0,

My name is Dougal from the Community Manager Team and I will be happy to provide instruction on retracting a complaint. First, apologies for the time it has taken for me to respond as I was out of the office and just returning this week.

If you are trying to retract an Intellectual Property complaint, you will log into your Brand Registry account hover over "Monitor," from the top menu and click "Submission History." Click on the complaint ID that you are wanting to retract, this will open the full complaint details. above the status section in the bottom right of the page is a clickable link titled "Retract a complaint."

Note, this will retract the entire complaint. So, if you are looking to only retract 1 offer an a complaint that includes multiple, you will have to resubmit complaints on any other offers that are infringing.

Please let me know if you have any other questions.

Best,

Dougal
