Why is Amazon allowing scammers to continue ripping business off?
Anyone else having trouble with scammers? and Amazon is letting them get away with it?
Genuine customers are buying a product off eBay, the eBay seller then buys it off us on Amazon and ships it to their customers, as soon as its delivered they contact Amazon and say its either the wrong product or that they haven't received it, Amazon just refund them instantly and no matter how many times I show them proof of delivery or proof they bought it off someone on eBay they simply don't reimburse us and don't care.
I have even had 2 of the customers contact me as we used branded tape on our parcels, they asking why we have sent it to them when they didnt buy it off us, they confirm who they bought it off on eBay.
Only option i have is to remove these product from Amazon as we have no support.

you can report the seller to eBay as it is against their policy to simply purchase from Amazon to fulfil orders I believe.
Now whether eBay will do anything….
