ANY ERROR in my Manufacturer packing slip - FBA issue document needed
Hi Sellers, Hi Amazon,
My document has been rejected during a reimbursement request for missing items from some of my shipments. Can somebody tell me what is wrong with my document? I have double-checked, and all the requested information is present in my PDF.
As a manufacturer, Amazon is requesting the following:
If you are the manufacturer, send a copy of the signed packing slip. The packing slip must include the following information:
- Packing list date that is on or before the date of shipment
- Date of delivery
- Shipment or purchase order ID
- Full name and address of the manufacturer
- Product names of the missing items
- Quantity shipped
- Manufacturer signature or stamp

Am I blind or is there NO quantity? 1961 of WHAT?
Also, don't send a pdf downloaded from the supplier. Instead: print, scan, send.

Yes, but WHAT quantity? 500 ml? 750 ml? 1 liter? 5 liters?
I am almost sure that THIS is the missing element.
If you see evidence for that (I don't see) take a picture and send a jpeg.
