Fraud by customers
One of our customers tried to cheat us today. So, I went through all the fake orders from the last 6 months and noticed a pattern. When a customer enters their name, city, and address with the pincode in a certain way, it usually means they might try to cheat us. These customers also report our products to Amazon, which makes us pay a refund fee.
For example, a customer ordered with the same tricky address pattern, but the Amazon delivery boy marked it as undeliverable and returned the package. The next day, the same customer ordered again, this time with their full address. Then, they reported to Amazon that our product wasn't good and same amazon refunded the amount and also added refunded fee.
Be careful of such customers. I know we can't do much (no one is listening to us). We're losing products, money, and account health because of them. If you've had a similar experience or have any suggestions, please let me know.
