I am sorry this impacted your business operations. Please fill out this form if an Easy Ship pick-up was not attempted by 6 p.m. on the scheduled date. This action will ensure that our Easy ship teams investigates the incident, and we will try to pick up the order during the next available slot.
Additionally, we will reverse any metrics that were affected due to a pick-up miss, if applicable.
