Amazon Upstream (AWD) shipment not receiving shipment
Hello - our FCL shipment was delivered to AWD warehouse (IUSL) 11 days ago through Amazon Freight.
But Seller Central is still showing "Created" status and none of the inventory is checked in or received after 11 days. We have also sent emails to AWD team but to no avail.
I opened multiple cases but seller support doesn't seem to have any answers. Is this normal with AWD?

It once took 19 days after delivery for it to update in the Amazon system for us.

They tell you this. It's not uncommon and expected. You need to apply some logic and understand that it's just like any other FC and has a high volume this time of year.
